How to do when the machine is working with sparks?
- Our grinding machine is through the carbon brush contact conductive work, the machine will just start a little spark, as long as the spark is not very large can be used normally.
What if there is a smell when the machine is in use?
- As the carbon brushes are made of resin, it is normal for them to have a slight smell.
What if the powder flies out when the machine is in use?
- It is possible that the cap is not tightly closed. Solution: Please make sure that the seal is fitted properly in the recess between the housing and the liner. If the seal is installed correctly, please note when using the machine: 1. Press down a little when closing the lid. 2. Snap it tightly. 3. Turn the nut of the lid upwards to the snap and make sure it is tight.
