Return, Refund and Exchange

Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange

If you want to return or exchange, merchandise should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and in the condition originally sold. Used products can not be returned, and the merchandise should be returned in original packaging, within 14 days.

If you would like an exchange or return, it must be requested within 14 days of delivery indicated by the customer's tracking number provided. (Brand) will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email. (Brand) is not responsible for any uninsured, un-trackable returned packages.

Refunds

Refunds are authorized by (Brand) and must be communicated and confirmed via email. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement with a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee. In the case of an return, all original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
