Detailed Operation Steps
1.Make dough: flour plus water (volumeratio is about 7: 2). If you need to add eggs to the flour, you can choose to add no or less water to the flour. Finally mix together in the basin and sprinkle some dry flour before use.
2.Preparation: Check the surface of the product before use, and remove the dirt on the surface of the product. Add some lubricating oil to the sleeve and gear of the cutter.
3.Rolling dough: First remove the cutter and adjust the regulators used to press the dough rolls at both ends. Then adjust the gap of the dough roller to 2.5-3mm. Insert the plug into the 110V power socket and press the switch on the machine. Put the dough on the dough hopper, the machine will automatically introduce the dough between the dough rollers for pressing. And repeat the operation 4-5 times. If you like soft dough, you can reduce the number of dough pressing; if you like chewy dough, you can increase the number of dough pressing. Finally, adjust the gap of the dough roller to 1.5mm and press again.
4.Cut the dough: Put on the dough cutter, and adjust the cutter according to the need. Install the regulators to adjust the width or thickness of the noodles. Thinner clockwise or bolder counterclockwise. Finally, put the pressed dough into the dough hopper, and introduce it between the pressed dough rollers until the cutter, so that it is cut into wide or thin noodles.
5.End: After use, turn off the power switch of the machine, pull out the plug, and clean the body, knife and roller.
